Susan offers exceptional real estate appraisal services throughout Monterey County. She brings a wealth of real estate experience to her appraisal practice, having worked successfully as an appraiser for over nine years, and as both a Realtor and a Certified Property Manager, CPM, for decades.

Born and raised in Palo Alto, Susan has long-term ties to the Monterey Peninsula. Several years ago, Susan moved to Carmel from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she appraised homes for many years, primarily in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County. Susan thoroughly enjoys being immersed in the real estate market, and life in general, on the Monterey Peninsula.

First licensed as a Realtor in 1983, first licensed as an Appraiser in 2004, currently licensed as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Susan is also Certified as an FHA Appraiser.
